Artist Statement:

I chose watercolor as my newest media, for its travel-ability, versatility and its glowing transparency of light and color. As I get my high just experiencing life, my art visualizes those expressions that reflect the "character" I see created where ever I travel. Life is full of images that intrigue me. I choose to paint those "characters" that make me feel, think and wonder about OUR time in history. I hope I succeed in conveying to you, images spliced from unexpected instants in my time and in my world. Lately, I've been having too much fun! Especially with color. I invite you into my world!

"Legend of Devil's Tower "

24x18.

I was never quite happy with "Into the night" 2006, so i pulled it out and revisited its image. i added the devils tower and put more shapes into the window area. Then i revised it again to make the devils tower curve into the mirror relationship and like it a whole lot more.
